Application Areas

• Pharmaceutical Syrups:
  Medical liquids such as antibiotics, cough syrups, and vitamin supplements require dosage precision. The safe filling of pharmaceutical syrups is ensured with our filling machines that are compliant with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), manufactured from stainless steel, and integrated into CIP/SIP cleaning systems.
• Fruit Syrups:
  Fruit-based syrups such as pomegranate, sour cherry, lemon, and orange can be offered to the consumer in concentrated or diluted form. Filling systems suitable for viscosity differences should be used in these products. High filling precision is achieved with flowmeter or piston systems.
• Flavored Syrups and Bar Syrups:
  Coffee syrups, cocktail syrups, mint or caramel-based flavors; filling is done especially for the bar, hotel, and HoReCa channel. For such products, glass bottle filling, flip-top or dropper cap closing systems are generally required.
• Herbal Syrups and Supplements:
  Natural herbal syrups such as propolis, ginger, and carob have become important for both the domestic and export markets. Valve systems that do not leave residue and do not cause clogging should be preferred in the filling of these products.
