The induction aluminum foil sealing system provides contactless, heat-based leak-proof sealing. Foils placed inside product caps are commonly used to preserve freshness and prevent leakage.

Packages arriving from the production line with caps already closed are transferred onto the foil sealing system conveyor. As the packages pass beneath the foil sealing machine, the foil is sealed at the desired temperature.

It can be used with packaging materials such as ABS, HDPE, LDPE, PET, PP, PS, PVC, etc., and is suitable for the beverage, food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.
