Working Principle
The machine consists of a weighing platform supported by load cells, fast/slow filling valves, and an automatic conveyor system.
  • When the drum or IBC tank is placed on the conveyor, the system automatically aligns the filling nozzle with the tank inlet.
  • During filling, the product is precisely dosed using weight sensors.
  • For products prone to foaming, “subsurface filling” or “bottom-level filling” options are available.
  • At the end of the filling process, overflow is prevented, the nozzle lifts, and the drum is automatically discharged.
