It is a universally designed machine that tightens screw caps automatically and quickly. After the lids are fed to the package coming from the filling unit by hand, the lid-mounted packages moving over the conveyor are fixed with side barrier bands and the lid tightening process of the package, which will pass quickly between the squeezing discs, is performed automatically.
The diameters of the caps to be squeezed in the automatic sealing machine are easily adjusted according to the packaging height and packaging width. In addition, the filling line is adjusted according to the height of the conveyor. Due to the feature of the machine, it can be easily adapted to all kinds of automatic and semi-automatic tests and works synchronously with filling machines when desired.
