Aluminum Lid Spinning Capping Machine: The Aluminum Screw Spinning Capping Machines that we have manufactured are designed to close aluminum caps to the mouth of the bottles in a way that ensures leakage. The cap is fed to the bottles coming in the filling unit manually (manually) / or automatically, the bottle and cap coming under the capping unit are closed with a special spinning head and leave the system.

The diameters of the caps to be tightened in the automatic sealing machine are easily adjusted according to the packaging height and packaging width. In addition, the filling line is easily adjusted according to the height of the conveyor. Due to the feature of the machine, it can be easily adapted to all kinds of automatic and semi-automatic machines and can be synchronized with filling machines when desired.
