The Overcapper cap closing machine is designed for food, canned goods, glass, metal, and plastic packaging. Without the need for a cap tightening system, it securely places caps using a top-press mechanism. As packages move quickly along the production line, the spacing mechanism adjusts distances to ensure correct cap placement. Faulty caps are automatically ejected from the system using air, increasing production efficiency.
