MCM-MT Trigger Cap Capping Machine
Introducing the MCM-MT series, specifically designed for complex cap geometries in trigger, spray, and nozzle forms; it's the most reliable link in your high-speed production lines, closing the cap without damaging the cap hose, shaking the body, and with millimeter-precise torque.
It is a universally designed machine that automatically and rapidly tightens screw caps. After the caps are manually placed onto the containers coming from the filling unit, the capped containers move along the conveyor. The containers are stabilized by side guide belts and pass quickly between the tightening discs, where the cap tightening process is carried out automatically.
In the automatic capping machine, the cap diameters to be tightened can be easily adjusted according to the container height and width. It can also be adjusted according to the filling line conveyor height. Thanks to its design, the machine can be easily adapted to various automatic and semi-automatic machines and, when required, can operate synchronously with filling machines.
